My wife just had a delivery of flowers ordered through FTD and provided by Abandale. It was not an expensive order but the flowers should have been fresh and they weren't. One of the 3 sunflowers was already turning brown. When I called Abandale, I was told that we received what was ordered. This is our second experience with Abandale and it was no better than the first. Received my arraignment and was disappointed overall for the price that was paid for them. They sent a balloon that THEY hand wrote "I Love you" themselves on it with a damn sharpie marker and charged $7! A dollar tree balloon and hand wrote the message! Called and spoke to manager Kelly and she stated that's the new balloons they received in their shipment! Since when do they sell sloppy handwritten balloons at flower shops! i would give this trash florist a negative 100,000,000 review! i spent a lot of money to send a birthday arrangement to only have them arrive wilted and falling apart! and then she tried to tell me that the "flowers are like that" and to make matters worse my best friend had to go down to the flower shop to get fresh flowers! beyond ridiculous and enraging! they should be embarrassed by their work! !!!! do not bother with this business!!!!

I received these 2 arrangements (day 5) on the same day see photo. The wilted ones (pink flowers) is from Abandale florist my daughter paid $60. I noticed on first day there was no package of preservative, 4 roses with dry leaves, one broken at top, greens that fill were yellow. I had surgery called 4-5 days later spoke to manager Kelly. So I am leaving a review because I experienced terrible customer service about an order I made from a third party. Instead of being helpful and directing me to the right place. The manager became defensive over the phone and wasn't much help in solving the issue. The flowers we received were flat out ugly and wilted. The roses never bloomed. I've had flowers delivered by these guys twice, and both times, the arrangements were absolutely pitiful. This second time, I ordered an arrangement called Pink Rose Succulent Garden. My wife loves pink roses, but doesn't like red ones. What my wife received had no pink roses. In fact, there were no roses. My mother arranged for flower delivery for my birthday through Teleflora. Why Teleflora chooses to continue to do business with the number of poor ratings is beyond me, but also not sure why they choice the farthest Teleflora participant from my home is also a mystery when there were other closer choices. I ordered a flower bouquet online at fromyouflowers.com to be delivered on 9/23/22 the YELLOW LILY HAND TIED BOUQUET for a total cost of $59.99 yellow Asiatic Lilly's, white daisy's and yellow alstroemeria, with lemon leaf filler and a few sprigs of yellow solidago.
