I've I ordered 4 or 5 times from Suzann's flowers. I don't know, I lost count. Again, never a disappointment. I ordered flowers for my gf because her dog died. Thought it would be something to brighten up her day. I placed the order and scheduled for 12pm delivery. Sure enough the order got there a few minutes early. They deliver as promised. My GF said the roses and arrangement were beautiful in her words. Thank you again!!
I needed a bouquet for a memorial and was unable to get my words out effectively when I went in to order it. The bouquet that arrived far exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the kindness shown to me by the staff and the flowers are a beautiful addition to the celebration of life. Thank you.

Suzann's is my go to florist. They have never disappointed. I've used them for work deliveries, as well as personal. Sympathy, congratulations, birthday and get well floral arrangements have all been so good AND they actually look like the photos on their web site. They are fast, efficient and caring. Prices are all ranges, with a much to choose from. Kudos to all the staff for such amazing successful teamwork! Thanks again!
Flowers were beautiful, the arrangement was just like the pictures. Delivery was on time, and actually earlier than expected
We needed a bouquet of flowers so fast and we looked at a place that was cost effective and had custom bouquets! They had the perfect bouquet and added a personal touch and helped with all the small details I was asking for. They really accommodated everything very well!

Great customer service as usual from Suzann's. A beautiful group of flowers were recently delivered to Bellevue Memorial Park exactly as promised and the receiving family was very impressed with the flower presentation and arrangement. Suzann's has a long history with our family of providing floral services in the Upland/Ontario area and we have always been very satisfied with their excellent customer service and quality of the flowers. We wouldn't use anyone else.
