I had a great experience working with this flower shop for my wedding. Nanaz and Fred were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. They made it so easy to pick the right flowers for my theme and used the best quality flowers. My sister who is an angel sent me a flower bouquet from this florist. My sister lives in Naples, Fl. I couldn't have been more surprised and happier to receive this beautiful delivery of Love. All my favorite flowers were in this bouquet. It was my 3rd day after major surgery and I was in a lot of pain, who knew that a beautiful bouquet of flowers could be the best medicine prescribed. Received an arrangement for my birthday this week. Several daisies and roses were past their prime. It happens, I get it. Flowers delivered are not inexpensive these days, usually $100+. So, I called the shop and spoke to a woman and sent her pictures of the wilted flowers. She said she'd need to owner to weigh to decide what to do. I did not get a call by the end of the day so I called again this morning around 11:00am asking when this would be resolved. She said he'd be calling me soon.
