I had a really positive experience with this florist. Being the Maid of honor in my sisters wedding last weekend, I was in charge of procuring the perfect pincushion flowers for the bridal party bouquets. After calling around, Laguna Niguel Flowers had the lowest price per flower (they run 4-5 $ a piece). The gal on the phone, I believe she was the owner, was very helpful and I paid up front. Their service and attention to detail was exceptional, not to mention they have a beautiful array of flowers to choose from. I've had great experiences with each florist, all who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing the appropriate flowers for various occasions. All of my flower arrangements have been able to last for 1-2 weeks when given the proper care they need. Would recommend!

My experience was outstanding. Flowers by Amy, a florist based in Costa Mesa, canceled my pre-paid order without notifying me and I became desperate to have a flower arrangement delivered within 2 hours to my intended recipient. This florist apologized for my experience with the other florist (BTW, Flowers By Amy never even apologized for their horrible customer service) and put my mind at ease. Frank helped me over the phone with a beautiful hydrangea that I wanted to send to someone. He was extremely nice and professional and was able to accommodate every request I had. I heard from the recipient today that the plant was absolutely gorgeous and came in a really beautiful container. Frank was even kind enough to phone me following the delivery just to let me know that it was delivered in case the recipient hadn't told me (I never even asked him to do that). Fred and his wife did the flowers for my wedding and my friend's grandmother's funeral. They were sweet, so helpful, and very mindful of our budget (so important for a wedding). They arrived early and set everything up just as we had discussed and showed pictures of what we wanted. It was really excellent and exceptional service. I stopped in here on a whim because I was in the area and needed a little something to bring as a guest to a luncheon. I asked for 3 stems of hydrangeas from the fridge and they added some fillers (not baby's breath) and made me something beautiful for $15. It was much better than what I could have gotten at the grocery store for the same price, so I was happy!

I needed flowers for my mom who lives in Orange County. I remembered hearing good things about LNF&G from friends back home and called to see if they could make an arrangement and deliver it. I told them which flowers I knew my mom liked and they made an AMAZING arrangement that was much bigger than I expected based on what they charged me! My mom absolutely loved it!
