My flowers were delivered in 100 degrees heat and left in the carport. Obviously the business doesn't care about their representation with 800-flowers or repeat business in the community. A note to pick up at florist location, or leave delivery with neighbor or call sender and advise of $12. Return delivery fee. Very rude staff.

Dont waste your time on this place. Worst ever. The flowers my husband ordered for our anniversary came so late in the 630pm. The whole day went by without them Also they were smashed and wilted and looked nothing like the picture. It was a waste of money which was overpriced for the arrangement they sent. So disappointed. Ruined my day. Ill never use them again. And will make sure to tell everyone I know what a horrible place this is.

According to the florist, Abandale Florist, 3210 E Ajo Way, 520-573-9300, if you receive flowers from their florist they only guarantee them for 24 hours. Since we live in AZ, if you do not keep your house cool enough they will die. I don't keep my house at 72 degrees; I received a bouquet on 5/7 and by 5/9 they were already wilted and dying. Ordered an expensive bouquet of flowers. 36 hours late. Roses were halfway through their life already and it was not fresh. DO NOT order from this business.

I cannot recommend this business-Disappointing flower arrangement and even more disappointing customer service. We received a flower arrangement ordered by friends in California. It arrived late afternoon on the 24th. By the 29th, the arrangement was dead. I phoned the florist who said: "we don't grow the flowers. Flowers die." I said, the flowers from Costco and Safeway will last twice as long. To which she replied: "Then shop at Costco " https://abandaleflorist.com/

Ordered centerpiece for family through Teleflora. One minute the item said it was delivered. It wasn't. 4 hours later it gets delivered. Not looking at all like the picture. I understand the flowers may not be exact, but it was also missing a second candle. They don't have very good reviews and these florist brokers need to look at them before using the local florist.

A horrible florist! Do not waste your money as this florist has terrible customer service & their product is poor quality. I received a bouquet from my nephew. First of all I received a call around 12:15pm that they were leaving a bouquet on my porch, when it was going to be 103 degrees that Sunday in Tucson & my porch is in direct sunlight in the pm. I received a dozen roses that were dead within less than 24 hrs. I asked for a relacement owner told me to bring to the store!!!!!!!!! I told I am not well and cannot drive she refused to send a relacement. dont use this florist this place is a rip off pat faschan

i wish I could give it a 0 for quality. My friend paid alot of money to get me.a beautiful.lavender and.pink rose bouquet for my birthday. What was sent was a cheap bouquet of dying flowers that had 3 white roses. Customer Service was horrible and they would.do nothing to rectify the situation. Do not buy here, ever. It is a rip off.​
