Our daughter sent us this beautiful arrangement which brought tears to our eyes... each orchid represents the loss of a wonderful son. The driver was masked and very kind and the florets fresh and colorful.
Our small office suffered a loss & they gave us an amazing funeral arrangement for a great price in a timely manner. We were not just stunned but very pleased! We highly recommend & we all were very satisfied (as much as one can be under the circumstances)- & This one went to SouthLawn in Tucson- I believe they are one of the nearest florists so the arrangement arrived fresh & nice. I received a lovely, fresh bouquet of flowers from my mother-in-law today to celebrate my graduation. They looked perfect and seemed like they came directly from the greenhouse. To have flowers that beautiful and fresh was impressive considering we live all the way out in Corona de Tucson!!!
I ordered flowers for my aunts funeral. There was a glitch with my credit card and so they called me and asked me to return the call. I did and they were very pleasant to deal with and at the time I added a little something to the bouquet and they did not charge me extra. It arrived at the church in plenty of time and we got many comments on the beautiful fresh flowers. Was very happy with the service I received.
Well it started off with 1 star . 7 days later my mom received the flowers for mothers day I ordered and they were free,it was alot of time and energy but i am a caring human and i realize things happen in day to day life.I spoke to the owner after numerous attempts before and after delivery day,She came through ,better late than never i say:) I cant say if i will be ordering flowers again anytime soon in the future.
Recently, I purchased flowers for my aunt's funeral. I ordered the flowers through the website offered on the cemetery website based on a picture displayed. The order was sent to Abandale for the preparation and delivery of the arrangement to a local church. When I saw the arrangement, I was not only disappointed but embarrassed. This was the worst flower arrangement I have ever received. The florist seemed to put no care into the arrangement, their workmanship, or the reputation of their business. The arrangement looked nothing like the one that was advertised online. I understand that substitutions are sometimes necessary if certain flowers are unavailable, but at the very least, some effort should be made to create something similar. I received a peace lily upon the death of my dad from dear friends here in Tucson. The tiniest, sad plant arrived after 1 missed attempt where they apparently left it elsewhere...despite the sender saying they ordered a premium size plant. They called and complained and today a second one arrived... slightly larger, but still SMALL.
