I gave it 3 stars because until the day of delivery I won't have a real sense of what to actually rate it. If everything is fine, I'll come back and give it an additional star or two. If what I ordered does not live up to previous purchase (past family purchase) I will lower my score.
My friend enjoyed her flowers and this is my second time using this company. I hope they send the flowers I order today for my friend tomorrow without any problem. Thank you!

I had planned to look online for a floral arrangement for a dear friend's birthday and when an ad for Telefora popped up in my company's newsfeed this morning, I thought it was meant to be. While I have had a couple orders delayed or cancelled over the years, my biggest complaint is with the online ordering. The catalog is great, wonderful options, but the rewards program has been broken for years. Click on rewards while signed in and it just loops around to home page. The only reward I have used in years, I had 13 emails to customer service and had to call and spent hours trying to obtain my reward.
