Teleflora always provides beautiful flowers to our mother's! I can only hope and pray we do not have any of these horrible issues others have spoken about in their reviews.

While I have had a couple orders delayed or cancelled over the years, my biggest complaint is with the online ordering. The catalog is great, wonderful options, but the rewards program has been broken for years. Click on rewards while signed in and it just loops around to home page. The only reward I have used in years, I had 13 emails to customer service and had to call and spent hours trying to obtain my reward. I have been using Teleflora for quite some time. I have been very pleased with their service.
I've ordered from Teleflora numerous times, and their customer service is fabulous. Some of the flower arrangements received have been disappointing, to no fault of Teleflora, but the local florists used for my orders. However, Teleflora always has come through with making it right in the form of either a full refund or a partial refund to make amends for the poor quality.
