I have used Teleflora for many years and have never had an issue that was not immediately addressed. Flowers are always on time and beautiful. They look like the picture, unlike other companies I have tried.
Website was very easy to use! Prices are reasonable and the flower arraignments are beautiful.
Twice now I've had to make a change to my order (my fault) and both times the customer service response was extremely prompt and they took care of my issue with no problems at all.

I gave it 3 stars because until the day of delivery I won't have a real sense of what to actually rate it. If everything is fine, I'll come back and give it an additional star or two. If what I ordered does not live up to previous purchase (past family purchase) I will lower my score.
