Thoroughly underwheliming. See the pic - lots of cheap, green, non-joyful fillers and no thought given to the colors.

I ordered flowers for a friend through them recently. The bouquet was beautiful and I thought priced well, however for the cost (a $200 bouquet) the delivery was extremely disappointing. The arrangement was delivered on the day as requested however it was just placed outside the front door. I then received an email saying my order had been delivered. They did not knock or ring the door bell and when there was no answer no one was called (not myself or the recipient). The flowers just sat outside in the weather until the reci... read more
Business response:
Hi Danielle, I'm glad you liked the flowers and am sorry we disappointed you on the delivery side. Just so you know, we ALWAYS knock and or ring the bell when we make a delivery. We don't want your flowers sitting out in the elements, whether it's hold, cold or rainy either or worse yet, risk them being stolen either. I'll review your comments with my Staff and also make sure they're following protocol and calling the recipient to leave a message if a personal contact isn't made. Thanks so much for your business! Worst customer experience I can remember... I ordered some flowers for my wife for her very first Mother's Day. Not long after they arrived, and well watered by us (it's not the first time we've gotten flowers), they were wilting and looked terrible. I took a picture and contacted the company. They replied back and essentially made me feel like I was trying to shake them down. Asked me for a picture (which I had already provided), accused us of not watering them (not the case), defensive, and claimed that they had no other c... read more
Not impressed. Ordering was simple and painless, but what I ordered and what was received was materially different. Don't buy unless in person. Updating review- no I hadn't called the flower shop yet. I bought the flowers the day before VDay as I was leaving town and there really isn't a point of replacing Valentine's Day flowers 3 days after the fact. Called them this AM and left a message and added proof of purchase pictures to my review.
Business response:
Hi Mike, Due to Valentine's Day, we had to make some substitution on late in the day orders. I'm sorry about that. I wish you would have said something to us when you picked up the flowers at our shop. Regardless, I've already issued you a full refund. Thanks, Bill
Promising one thing delivering something else Rip off store Very rude Paid 92$ and got only 6 flowers And didn't delivery on time
I WILL NEVER USE THE PEOPLE AGAIN. My daughter tragically lost her dog so I ordered two arrangements (I am in CA) costing over $170. When no one responded to the buzzer the delivery guy just left them in front. There was no phone calls to my daughter or myself. I just got off the phone with the owner. First he says they are not required to make calls and then he says if no one is home they call. WTH. He is not reinbursing or reprocessing the order. I would do business with anyone else but this company.
Business response:
Hi Erin, Your daughter lives in a secure building that allows entrance only by Tennant permission. Our Driver rang the buzzer for your Daughter's apartment several times and a woman answered and after he told her he had flowers for her, he was let in. She seemed annoyed so my driver left the flowers at her front door. This is common practice in the parcel delivery industry and we do it daily without problems. In fact, most people ask us to leave the flowers if the recipient isn't home or doesn't answer. We always agree ... read more
I stopped in the other day, as I was in the area, to inquire about buying gardenia blossoms on the stem. No one approached me to see how they could help. I finally went to the back and one of the three workers finally addressed me. It seemed they were put out that they had to deal. When I asked about the flowers the woman cut me off and said that gardenias only come already bloomed out and in a box of three. I told her I had previously purchased them on the stem from Metropolitan Market. They used to have bunches the receive... read more

8/27/18 Update: I see that Bill is trying to cover his tracks by deleting his response to my initial review of his business. I really should just post the email exchange. I knew I should have taken a screen shot!! Oh well... I stand by my original review and subsequent updates. Who knows, maybe Bill will take responsibility for his comments and learn from his mistakes. Good luck on finding the perfect arrangement to give to the special someone in your life!!!

Stopped in Monday morning and ordered a custom bouquet for my wife and I's second wedding anniversary. I showed up Friday afternoon to pick up the flowers and was told they did not make the bouquet because I had not prepaid... seems pretty inconsiderate of the shop owner. I work next door and my wife loves flowers I probably would have become a loyal customer.
Business response:
Hi Jeff, I politely apologized and explained to you when you were in the store 15 minutes ago, that I can't make $100 pick up arrangements with out prepayment because we've been burned by people don't show up to pick up their flowers. I also politely explained to you that I'd personally called you two days before and left you a message to please call me about your arrangement but you didn't return my call, which you acknowledged. If you're going to leave a review, please be fair and accurate about it.
