I bought a plant here as housewarming gift for my friend. Told the staff my budget, other than that, I had no clue about what kind of plant to buy. She found a very lovely plant and pot for me, right within my little budget. The plant was well potted. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and will visit this store again.

There was an error made on the original shipment of my order, and the owner of the company went above and beyond to make it right. Nothing screams great customer service like apologizing for an error and going out of your way to fix it. I will use this company exclusively for flower deliveries from here on out.

I order a Seattle's Fiesta arrangement from them for my sisters Bday. She really enjoyed the arrangement and brought a smile to her face. She sent me a picture of the flowers and I too was pleased with them. (I posted a picture of them if you'd like to see them). Awesome place. Bill is so helping and a happy guy. He doesn't treat you as business transaction, he understands the occasion and invests his time more than required. His designer designs really beautiful bouquets. If you are looking to get flowers or even have other special occasion, do visit this place.

I am very impressed with the customer service. I placed an order for a bouquet this morning at 7:30am and they had it delivered by 10:30am. Not too mention I called the other day and the gentleman (maybe Bill, I'm bad with names) was so funny and warm - he convinced me that they were the place to order from. Thank you Seattle Flowers you made my Mother-Inlaws day!

I called Bill at about 3:00 pm on a Thursday after a co-worker had experienced a sudden death in her family and had gone home early. I wanted the flowers to arrive to my co-workers house as soon as possible, but I knew it was really late in the day for a same-day delivery. Bill was extremely nice, and let me know that they would make sure to get the delivery out that evening, even if he had to drop it off on his way home.
