I gave this place 2 stars because they were prompt and easy to deal with on the phone, but that's really it. I ordered flowers and chocolate for a coworker for her birthday. When the flowers were delivered, the glass cube and arrangement were really small. The website indicated something a bit larger than what showed up. And to be charged $49 for the arrangement, $20 for 2 tiny bags of chocolates, and an $11 delivery charge for a delivery that is 4 blocks away.....I feel like I was grossly overcharged. I ordered flowers for her birthday, to be delivered before 11am because she would still be home then. They promised to do so, and failed. I asked for red roses and "purple" flowers interspersed among the roses. I got red roses, lots of weird green plants and brown-on-top/purple-on-bottom flowers. What the?
