Used this company for the first time yesterday to send my girlfriend a last-minute gift when she was having a bad day at work. I wasn't sure they would be able to accommodate my request to get it there in under three hours, but they did it with a half hour to spare, which I thought was stellar. She was definitely cheered up by the Be Happy Bouquet; I love the cute mug it came in :)

I had to send flowers for a very sad occasion. Staff was very helpful in picking the best flowers in season and making sure that they were delivered safely. They called me to follow up on the details and really paid attention to my very specific request.
Giving this company a 5 star due to their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Ordered flowers for my sisters 21st birthday. Placed my order over the phone. There was a minor error that the company immediately sprung into action to amend once they found out, that is what I call a company with high integrity. Would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to others!

This shop is lovely. Laid out well, and clearly--it was easy to find what I was looking for, and I found the brief time I was in the shop very refreshing. They have a wide range of prices and arrangements, as well as both living plants and cut flowers. I got a cute little succulent for my desk at work for $5, but had I wanted to be fancy and get something with a nicer pot or a larger plant there was an excellent arrangement to choose from.
I had a coworker transferred emergently to Harbor view for surgery. Our staff wanted to send flowers and I called the hospital and they recommended Seattle Flowers. These people are so nice and went out of their way to make sure she got the flowers. They tracked down her room and even though it was the weekend and she was in surgery they made sure the flowers were there when she got out of surgery. They made her smile. Seattle flowers was so nice to me when I called in a panic, super nice people that go the extra mile.
