I wasn't even looking to buy when I happened to walk by on a day off from work. At total random, I immediately found a fun plant to buy a friend I was meeting for lunch. The staff re-planted it in a nicer pot that I picked out to buy cheap. Super nice friendly staff. Awesome gift for under $15 made my friend's desk look fun!
I've walked by this shop many times and admired the window displays, but imagined a metropolitan florist shop would be outrageously outside my budget. I'm pleased to say I was quite wrong in that assumption! Bill and his team of florists not only create a beautiful, peaceful environment, but have a wide array of foliage, both potted and arranged, at reasonable prices. Michael was so responsive and really "heard" what I was looking for. He is a pleasure to work with, has a wonderful eye and will go the extra mile and then some. In my case, this meant, due to some confusion, offering a complimentary second bouquet. I can't imagine working with another florist in Seattle.
I ordered flowers for an anniversary of sorts. The next day I called Bill and asked if there would be any way for them to deliver a framed photograph along with the flowers. Not only did he agree, he was incredibly accommodating and packaged the floral arrangement and photo in such a pretty way. Truly went above and beyond. Seattle Flowers is going to be my new local florist going forward!
The first time I used Seattle Flowers was back in Feb 2016 for my Mother's Bday! I ordered online everything was seamless. They give you an option to upgrade your bouquet from what was show...I did. My Mom loved her flowers & gushed about how beautiful the bouquet was. FFW to this week. I needed to place an order for Mother's Day. Awesome company! We provided an incorrect address due to the recipient constantly moving, and were notified of the error. We fixed the address error and contacted them, but they already found the new address and the flowers were en route! We live on the other side of the country and were extremely concerned when we received the message about the wrong address. Owners/staff went above and beyond what was expected to fix the issue before we even got back to them. Great company and experience!!! Highly recommended!!!
For a 150$ floral arrangement including delivery I was disappointed when my friend sent me a picture of the bouquet I sent with this company. All the roses had wilted and brown outer leaves. For that price the roses should have been fresh and in perfect shape. Will not use this company again.
I Ordered flowers for our 29th wedding anniversary and this company waited until the day before they were supposed to be delivered to call me and tell me we were outside of there delivery area! Since we were from California I had no idea of how far away we were. Why would they wait until the day before? The gentleman/owner was very rude and rushed me off of the phone. As I tried to explain over the phone three months ago, we received your order on Saturday morning for next day delivery on Sunday in Tumwater, Washington which is over 60 miles away from Seattle and out of our delivery area.
