Scheduled a delivery for Mother's Day over a week in advance and it made it no-muss-no-fuss for me to check off my list. The flowers arrived looking GORGEOUS and full; my biggest worry when I can't pick an arrangement in person is them appearing sparse but they looked luxurious and decadent. Thank you!!

Fantastic Customer service! I wanted flowers delivered to my wife while she was at work, which required special coordination with Seattle Flowers. Bill was accommodating, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I'd recommend them to any and everyone!

I ordered flowers yesterday for my mother's birthday, which was today. The flowers arrived before 5 pm (which was great because that's when she gets off work). She sent me a picture of the flowers, and they look exactly as pictured online. I'm always a little cautious about ordering expensive flower arrangements online because it's hard to trust and ensure that the arrangement is in fact high quality. I made a visit to Seattle Flowers the other week. I had a great time there chatting with the owner Bill. He is a very stand up guy! I had an idea on a set of flowers I wanted for my lady. He referred me to one of his designers there. Shannon was very patient with me and she asked me questions for the arrangement even I didn't ask myself yet. I wanted to keep it small and simple. I am glad I made a visit to Seattle Flowers!
I would have given 5 stars but what I ordered did not look like the picture. The flowers did but the bowl was totally different. I'm still happy with it and it served it's purpose but you might want to change what the picture looks like on the website to match the bowl that is delivered. I ordered the Zen Gerbera Bowl. The bowl pictured online is what grabbed my attention, so for a bigger, plainer bowl to be delivered was a bit of a bummer. I made an online purchase of a flower arrangement for a colleague's birthday. Their website was having issues so I called the store as it wasn't giving me a confirmation. The shop keeper was really kind and explained their website was giving them grief so he patiently got the info from me over the phone, confirmed they had received the order, and promised to email me a confirm. I got the email the next morning. The recipient loved her flowers. She told me they arrived in pristine condition.
Good flower arrangements at reasonable price. The florist is very helpful and courteous.
Very positive experience. Ordered same day delivery to a restaurant that didn't open til 5pm for a dinner party we couldn't attend. Owner Bill was very accommodating and made sure to get them delivered before the party. Website had so many examples to help me describe what I wanted. Would definitely order from here again!
