Let's be honest, you can get flowers anywhere. From a street corner to your local grocer, it's not hard to find decent flowers. That said, the customer service at Bethesda Florist is unmatched. These are the kind of people that you want to give your business because being friendly and going the extra mile should matter in the growingly transactional world that we live in. I will continually give this company business and I urge you to do the same, I guarantee the owner and his staff will leave you smiling.

Oh well, so it was my wife's birthday and I wanted to get her a nice set of roses (her favorite flower) I start looking around for any store around my area without luck. I went to gaithersburg, rockville, silver spring, kensington and I could not find a descent flower store. I was driving around for more than four hours and in my desperation I stoped by giant and safeway and I run away from there because those flower were scary. Bethesda Florist provided consultation and the flowers for my daughter's wedding in 2004 and I have used this Florist ever since because then and now they are the premier floral destination and source in the Washington, DC metropolitan area! What a find! We found this store on Yelp on the way to visit friends. We told Bob, the owner, what we were looking for and he created what we wanted for a very reasonable price. Great find! We will definitely use them again when in the DC neighborhood or when sending flowers to the neighborhood.

The man I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful! It was so nice to deal with someone that was easy and fast since I needed to get an arragement out today. I had tried to communicate with other florists that made it way too difficult. I'm thankful I found this florist!

My sister & I have been ordering flowers for my mother from Bethesda Florist for literally decades, for Mother's Day and her birthday. They've always been extremely reliable and their flowers have always been beautiful. We had the Mother's Day flowers delivered two days early this time (they were beautiful, as always) - but last night (Mother's Day), my mother told us that some of the flowers were dying and others weren't fresh-looking. Used Bethesda Florist for my wedding flowers. The staff were very helpful with picking out which flowers to use and making them both beautiful and within budget. They arrived to the venue when they said they would, and the flowers looked and smelled amazing. They lose 1 star because I initially had some trouble calling them and trying to make an appointment for a consultation - they seemed a little disorganized when it came to handling phone calls. These guys are greet. they come through with what they advertise, and they have a great selection for lowers/roses and plants. I'm defiantly a repeat client there.
