I have been dealing with this flower shop for over 25 years. The owner cares about customer service and they make a really cute arrangement of a dog out of flowers & they even tried a cat once. Their flowers are always top quality including their roses they may be expensive but you get what you pay for! They are fresh!

I had a phenomenal experience with these guys. Walked in to order a bouquet that I wanted delivered. The team was very helpful and kind in picking out particular kinds to make a custom arrangement. I went back on the day the arrangement was supposed to be delivered because I needed the delivery time pushed up at the last minute. The owner (Tracy?) met me and was extremely accommodating and kind. He thanked me for my business and told me he'd make sure they were delivered early. Family run business and feel like your. family service. Used bethesda florist for years for everything from birthdays, baby's, office parties and events, you name it. Always spot on beautiful. Arrangements are always long lasting and artful. Just love it talking directly to the owner Tracie Callahan and the entire staff.

The best flowers in Bethesda. The best customer service from a florist in the NW portion of the DC beltway. This place always exceeds expectations. They make the effort to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.

OK. So it was one order and not a particularly large one at that but I will use Bethesda Florist for all of my flowers and wonder why I haven't before. Most importantly, the quality of the flowers (long stem roses in this case) is excellent; after one week they look like they're just getting started. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Great value for money.

Since moving away from Bethesda to NoVa, I've used Bethesda Florist twice - and each time Tracy Callahan, the owner, surpassed expectations. Although I called late in the day the first time, flowers were delivered within an hour or two to a friend in the hospital. The second time I asked if there was a store that sold magazines nearby, to be included with flowers being sent to the hospital. I've been in the neighborhood for years, but today was my first time ordering from Bethesda Florist, and they did a wonderful job. I called to order a Get Well bouquet for a friend, and spoke with a lovely woman. I didn't have a flower preference, but only wanted something very beautiful, fresh and cheerful. I just got off the phone and had to write this review otherwise I would have forgotten. It is always easy to write the angry ones and forget to write the nice ones. What a wonderful staff! The woman, I am so bad with names, I spoke with was so helpful. I screwed up my mother's address and understandably the flowers were sent to the address I gave the store. I am a dolt. I have to say thank you AGAIN to Bethesda Florist! I have a bad habit of waiting until the last minute and I did it again this Mother's Day. I had not one, but three different women who are all very special to me (and two of which are recovering from serious illnesses) that I needed to get flowers to for Mother's Day . . .and Friday rolled around and I realized I hadn't ordered anything.
