Ordered an orchid arrangement for our anniversary which was delivered on time as promised. Within about a week half of the plant began to droop and lose its petals. We love orchids and have had good luck maintaining them so this was a surprise. We called and spoke with a most cordial and helpful manager who said as soon as he got a suitable replacement he would deliver and pick up the original order. This was done and we could not be happier. Excellent product and superb customer service!
Highly recommend this flower shop, easy to work with and provided an over the top bouquet. Will be coming back in the future.
Tracy Callahan and Bethesda Florist have served my floral needs for more than 30 years. However, no job was more important than my wedding in August 2021. Tracy's partner worked closely with my wife in designing arrangements for every aspect of the ceremony; from multiple large arrangements for the reception, to garlands for the tables, to smaller arrangements for the lounge areas, bar, and other locations, all the way down to the flowers for the powder room. They now have one more loyal customer. There was a miscommunication with my order and it was handled very, very well as soon as I let them know. You, me and everyone else on this planet will make mistakes, 5 stars is definitely for a place that doesn't even for a second try to put it on the customer and takes a hit to do the professional and right thing. Great price for gorgeous flowers for a coworker. The gentleman working was super helpful and they were following Covid regulations very strictly which I like
There's a reason I use this florist exclusively, not the least of which is the fact that I can walk there only five minutes from my condo. Tracy, the owner, has really gone above and beyond the call of duty. For instance, my niece who is in Evanston, Illinois at Northwestern University, had a birthday last week, and Tracy said he could send her flowers there.
