Bethesda Florist routinely delivers beautiful arrangements with great service. They recently pushed their delivery for as late as possible to accommodate my wife and I returning from out of town. When we got home the arrangement, which had been safely left in a covered area so as to not be damaged, was absolutely fresh and beautiful. My wife could not have been happier. I will definitely keep using them for all future floral needs.

The Bethesda Florist is the best florist in the Washington, DC area. You can end you quest for a florist, Tracy and his staff are able to take care of everything. The arrangements always look like you spent twice as much. Tracy also always tries to help me when I need a last minute or difficult job. Also they have a 24 hour line where someone will pick up a get you sorted for a next day delivery Thanks for always making me look good Tracy!
I've used them a couple of times now to send flowers to patients at Walter Reed -- a lot of florists don't deliver there. I call from out of state, so I have to just trust them to do a nice job for what they charge -- and we've been very happy both times. They are friendly and helpful, and they put together beautiful arrangements.
I have used this company annually for our holiday flowers. They have the best customer service and Tracy, the owner is the nicest guy. The flowers are always gorgeous and the service is prompt.
Tracy is amazing. The arrangements are always fresh and created without direction beautifully. Prompt and delightful service every time. Great to have them in the neighborhood.
This place is great. I don't normally write reviews, but feel compelled to do so to recognize outstanding customer service. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and Bethesda Florist came through in a big way, recognizing the special occasion. I will never buy flowers from anywhere else (I do have relatives out of state, so this might not hold true, but the hyperbole stands!!!). Check them out.
I stopped by for flowers for my daughters graduation this morning. The owner was loading a truck of flowers for delivery. I waited 10 minutes, and as a result, the owner gave them to me for free. They weren't even suppose to open for another 15 minutes. He was extremely kind and I loved the selections he made. I love family owned businesses. This is a great one. I will be back!
