I've had mixed experiences with Teleflora. Sometimes they choose a florist that doesn't have the item you order, not even anything that looks close to it. When I send a photo and explain that the arrangement sent is unsatisfactory, they don't rectify the situation. Most recently, they offered me a $15 refund on an arrangement that cost $75. When I said that wasn't adequate, they provided a $30 refund. Meanwhile, I am embarrassed that friends and relatives received ugly arrangements. This has happened to me more than once. OUTRAGEOUS & FRADULENT EXPERIENCE WITH TELEFLORA! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered as a Thanksgiving surprise for my parents in another state as we would not be celebrating the holiday together. The arrangement was never delivered contrary to an online delivery confirmation and an email delivery confirmation. BEWARE - UN-RELIABLE AND VERY POOR **************** We purchased a bouquet on November 10th for our daughter's anniversary with delivery scheduled for November 14th (today). Never been so disappointed in a merchant. I had to ship next-day flowers for my mom's birthday. Filtered for 'next day' on the website and chose a bouquet. The day of my mom's birthday at 2pm local time, I received a text that the flowers can't be delivered that day. When I called to discuss, the **************** operator didn't care, offered to send the flowers the next day (but today's my mom's birthday...), and offered a discount for the trouble ONLY after I told her to cancel my order and refund my money. You really are wasting your money if you are unlucky enough to have chosen this company to send flowers to a loved one. They make their money on tricking everyone into thinking they will do what they say. After they have your money, they will then "try" to fill the order. Most of the time, they can't, and they send you an email HOURS later stating that they can't. "So Sorry!" - Don't waste your time with Teleflora.

Through teleflora I ordered a 70 dollar arrangement for my dying mother two states away. I was there when the flowers arrived. I was so disappointed. The flowers looked like something I could get at a grocery store for 15 bucks. Even the vase was wrong. The website said that if I bought the deluxe bouquet it would match the website picture as closely as possible. That's the one I purchased. Nothing alike. So disappointed.

I ordered flowers and balloons on Teleflora's web site 3 weeks prior to my mother in laws 80th birthday. Teleflora confirmed the order, took the money but flowers were never delivered. I waited at least 40 minutes to talk to the **************** and was on the phone for 2 hours waiting just to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor said she'll have them delivered on the next day, which is Saturday 10/24, still were not delivered. I cannot leave any stars! Terrible ****************! Our order was canceled due to Teleflora not being able to fill the order. The arrangement advertise was advertised as same day delivery. After 3 contacts 3 days after the promised delivery dates I gave up and called for a COMPLETE REFUND of the merchandise my hospitalized child NEVER RECEIVED. I spoke with a representative who 1. Ordered get well flowers for a friend post surgery to be delivered 10/29/2020. Received an email that they were hand delivered but never heard anything from my friend. Checked with her this evening and she never received them. They sent me a false confirmation of hand delivery. I double checked the address and everything was correct. This company has many bad reviews all over the internet and isn't reliable. I have contacted **************** and will update with their response.
