Famous for ripping you off. Check and make sure they don't send you flowers that were not what the sender ordered. They give you whatever is on hand, then complain that they want the old ones back before they send you what was ordered. The event is over by the time they do this. Don't use them, and always send the sender a picture to make sure your not getting ripped off. These places are optional for the most part to me. So they should offer outstanding service. My coworker and her boyfriend celebrated their 5 year anniv. yesterday. Her boyfriend sent two dozen red roses to our place of employment. The flowers were nice, but many were unopened and just really unimpressionable. Her boyfriend was upset when he saw them because he spent a lot of money and the arrangement didnt look like the picture. The vase was also wrong. We used this florist to send flowers to a very important client of ours. We spent $75 and the flowers that were sent were less than mediocre. We requested a 'classy' arrangement, and they sent carnations. The arrangement was bland and we were very unhappy. When we called to complain, the staff was rude and unhelpful. They said that they would send a different arrangement free of charge, but then told us that in order to do that they would have to take back the flowers that had already been sent, which is quite tacky.
