I ordered a gift basket for my mother's birthday (4/27). I placed the order through www.fromyouflowers.com, a third party company, and the order was then sent to Harry's Famous Flowers. The basket was delivered in a timely manner, however it was not equivalent in value or presentation with the item I had purchased. When selecting my gift I had upgraded to the "deluxe" gift basket and expected it to presented similarly to the "deluxe" basket represented in the picture online. I will never use Harry's Famous Flowers again! Poor customer service and not honest. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-laws birthday and they left a voice mail 6 minutes before the store closed to say they wouldn't be able to deliver the arrangement by my specified time. I was ok with that as long as she received the flowers the same day. She never received them. When I called to let them know, they didn't try to make good. So I cancelled my order.

If you want to feel like you have been taken, place an order. The flowers looked as if the came from 7-11. They add a delivery fee, a sales fee, what is that? And some other fee for ordering on line. It totals more than the original order. The upgraded flowers are nothing like what you see online. Extremely disappointed

The product Harry's Famous Flowers provides is fine. It is their customer service that in my opinion is lacking. I always call to place my orders. Talking with them is generally an unpleasant experience. While there is no difficulty in placing the order, they always sound busy and annoyed by my phone call. I would appreciate hanging up the phone feeling like they appreciated the business rather than feeling like they did me a favor.

Stay away from this florist if you want a presentable arrangement. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review for a florist. I am leaving this one this one because this is the worst florist I have ever used! The arrangement went beyond cheap and ugly. We ordered a specific upgraded Teleflora design Zen Artistry, for the memorial of a very special person. Ordered special arrangement for a friend who had done me an immense favor, on Proflowers for flower express and the order was farmed out to this outfit for delivery....luckily my friend sent me a picture of what arrived today because she felt that I needed to see them for myself. As others have posted, it looked nothing like the picture and the arrangement looked to have been arranged by a middle schooler. My boyfriend sent me flowers. They were not what he had ordered. They came in a white outdated wicker basket & it looks as though a five year old put it together. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible arrangements, wilting flowers, lack of customer service or commitment to excellence. I purchased a bouquet for my mother for Mothers Day through Teleflora who then outsourced HFF as the local florist. HFF sent my mother wilted and browning flowers in an arrangement that looked like a blind 2 year old put it together. Complained to Teleflora who then called HFF who said they'd send a replacement AFTER receiving the original one back (wtf?! who does that?!). ive ordered personalized flowers from places before with great success... not so sure of the case with this place. called and staff was not very personable and made me feel like i was inconveniencing them. asked for sympothy flowers for a friend who lives in the area (since i am from cali). i had gone on the website and found a basket i liked but asked to have sunflowers (my friends favorite) added. it was an extra $10. which seems steep. there was no more conversation as to what else i would like in the way of customizing.... read more
