if i could give zero stars i would. placed an order online for a single red rose in a red vase and received two yellow roses in a yellow vase. how do you mess up a single red rose order????? totally unacceptable. completely ruined my anniversary surprise. i will never order from them again. ever!!!!!!! worst florist ever, i hesitate to even call them a florist.

I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed in the flower arrangement I sent my daughter for Mothers Day. I picked out a bouquet on line and upgraded for a better arrangement. I rec'd a call that they were out of that arrangement but would do a spring flower mix. I understood that, things can happen. I told them okay but it was for a young mother so please make it look young. The flowers came in an old lady vase and if that was the premium flower selection I would hate to see the regular one. BEWARE. Out of town relative ordered arrangement for my birthday. What I got delivered was some cheap carnations and daisies that I could have bought at Publix for $3.. in what should have contained many roses. NO ROSES. My daughter ordered flowers from Harry's on March 28 for my birthday. They arrived at 5 pm on that day. They looked okay but imagine my shock when I looked at them 24 hours later, evening of March 29 and they were wilted and dying. Today (March 30) they look terrible. Knowing how expensive flower arrangements and delivery can be, I am sad to think that she has wasted her hard earned money on flowers they didn't even last a day.

I ordered from this establishment on Wednesday and I was MORTIFIED when my fiancé sent me a picture of the flowers he received to his office two days before valentines day! When I called the florist I spoke with Heidi who was absolutely rude and tried to explain to me that the Value of the Flowers that I selected which were PREMIUM, was sent as standard because I went through a third party Teleflora and even though I paid 89$ they only received 72$ so they sent my fiancé Standard instead! I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and guess I should have listened to some of the reviews, what my mom received was no where near as pretty as what I ordered. Guess I will go back to my original florist. Sorry for the poor picture quality, but you get the idea. Disappointed.

DO NOT use this "company." Ordered a birthday gift to be sent to my friend down in Orlando. First the driver couldn't find her house, so he just decided to not to deliver the arrangement...I have NEVER heard that before in my entire life. This is why I provided a phone number to reach either of us at. Then the next day, they just left the arrangement at the front door, no ringing the bell, or knocking on the door? Now I come to find out the arrangement ISN'T EVEN WHAT I ORDERED!! Unbelievable.

Spoke to customer service rep who repeated my order verbatim but nothing happened as requested. Delivered the wrong color (totally) to recipient. Didn't follow my specific instructions for delivery and ended up giving them to the neighbor to deliver. Follow up phone call to discuss the mess met with indifference. The special occasion remembrance I wanted to create turned out to be a very unhappy experience. Won't use them again.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers delivered. I won't waste a lot of time on this review. The flowers delivered were nothing like the picture on the Internet. The extra charges exceeded the original price of flowers. Sound familiar? I will not use this shop again. I certainly overpaid for what was delivered. When recipient sent me a picture of what they received, I was shocked and embarrassed. Don't let this happen to you.
