I'm not recommend this flowers poor quality and besides the person bring me the flowers to my door doesn't used any protection no mask no gloves nothing and he's coughed few times on my flowers and I know because he lost and talking with me on the phone he coughs few times and I see him over my peep hole and he's talking and coughing othe flowers because he hold o. I ordered some flowers for Valentines Day. First of all I understand its a busy day. I called at 4:30 and told them we are going out to dinner, just leave them on the front porch. Well get home from dinner and a note on the door saying sorry we missed you. So I call the day after, told them and they offered to redeliver, but no offer of a discount, just a sorry. They admitted their mistake and said the delivery note said to leave the flowers. They had a chance to offer a discount, or some incentives to rectify their mistake... read more

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a small sympathy arrangement to be sent to a funeral home down the street from them. AR the memorial service, I didn't see it anywhere. Before leaving I asked the manager if all flower deliveries has been put out. They said yes, all but one and they had put by the guest sign-in book in the front. I turned around to see it and it was much smaller than I thought it would be (being in a hurry, of course I forgot to take a pic) wish I had. They're happy to accept the order and money but will not deliver as guaranteed, won't even pick up the phone. On Valentine's Day too. I get it's busy but they're a professional florist and this isn't there first holiday. Don't accept and make promises on something you can't deliver..

I ordered a dozen long stem roses last week in January to be delivered on Valentines Day. On Feb 1st I got a call from them telling me. "Our prices for our roses are more expensive in Feb. Therefore we have to increase your price by $20+." Notice I had already placed the order and paid for it online-nowhere did it say price increase in February especially if delivered on Valentines Day. Received flowers for valentines day, they were nothing like the picture chosen, Looked like they may not of had an actual floral designer on staff, the flowers were wilted. Tried to reach the manager but continued to be put on hold and was told someone would call me back, it is the day after valentines day and still no call from Debbie or Harry or anyone else from the store. Ordered a bouquet off of one of those flower delivery sites and turns out the flowers were prepared and delivered by Harry's Famous Flowers. First off, they didn't really deliver the flowers I had ordered on the website. What was sent, while still nice looking, looked nothing like the Sapphire Skies Bouquet I had selected. While I can understand that the bouquets might not look exactly the same, the flowers they used weren't exactly the freshest, almost as if they were from the day before. Unbelievable that the store would state that I seemed pleased when I left. I was clearly upset, verbalized that to them and had no choice but to accept whatever they put together. I would not give them my business again. No thank you.

my husband wanted to give me a surprise with flowers today sending them to my workplace. little he knew the surprise was going to be his when he saw a picture of the arrangement for which he paid $150!!!!!!!!!
