Unique- reasonable- and thorough! I contacted these folks to deliver flowers to my 87 year old cousin. First, they have many more arrangements that are different and cooler than the FTD sites. They also had an option for a unique design based on available flowers. So I choose that and my cousin was elated. I felt the price was very reasonable compared to what a rip off FTD is. I have used Harry's three times to send flowers to family in Orlando. The arrangements have always been beautiful. They have lasted as long as 2 weeks (my aunt said she did change the water every 3 days, which u should do for any cut flowers). I will certainly use them again. The service and quality are top notch.

Update: Save money order through teleflora , FTD, 1-800-Flowers, plus if not happy they'll atleast credit you back 50%. I am a loyal customer of over 25 years and deeply disappointed. I spent an hour and a half researching a purple arrangement with an angel keepsake for a family navigating a profound loss. The flowers I got look nothing like what I ordered. I'll never be ordering from here again. Wrong vase, wrong flowers, no succulents. I called the store and they were no help at all. Didn't explain why they gave me the wrong bouquet, only that they are out of the vase (that I ordered 11 days ago). The only option they gave me was to wait at my house all day until they could come pick it up for a refund

Had custom order made for funeral of my 18 year old cousin. I was so mortified and embarrassed when I saw it. It looked nothing like what I ordered!

Don't order from here if you want quality flowers they charge you all this money for being a florist and give you a cheap bouquet. I wanted to support a local business but I should've gone to Wegmans or something if I wanted this cheap skimpy bouquet.

They use a company called "the bougs co." Not only do they send brown, dead and wilted items. Their promise send a replacement (after you jump through their hoops), is bogus.

Was very unhappy with the last order from Harry's. Specifically asked to not have a lot of "daisies and carnations" and what I got appeared to be ALL daisies. For the price I paid it certainly merited a nicer, more sophisticated bouquet. Harry's has lost my business.
