On February 13, 2022, Harry's delivered 12 yellow roses to our Orlando home. My Husband ordered and was billed for 18. He paid by credit card. We contacted Harry's no less than five times, never to receive a response. I clearly stated the problems in my voicemail to them. The dozen roses I received died within two days, they never opened. I have no recourse other than to contact my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau as well as publish a warning to others who may plan to purchase from Harry's Famous Flowers. ... read more

I have used Harry's Famous Flowers for years and have always been pleased with their arrangement. I recently ordered a sympathy arrangement premium and what arrived was nothing like I ordered. Harry's said they would replace it but have to pick up the arrangement previously delivered. I stated that it was for the recipient on the death of her grandson and I would not want to tell her to return them. I asked plain and simple, just delivered what I ordered. The manager refused to do that. I will never use Harry's again.

I had ordered from this company before and loved the flowers i purchased as a gift. For mother's day I placed an order over two weeks in advance and when i showed up i did NOT receive what i had ordered online. When i told him i was unhappy he took the flowers back to get "fixed." I expressed my unhappiness once again and a manager came out to look at the flowers and not even address me or my concerns. She barely looked me in the face. Customer service is GREAT, flowers are NOT! If you want long-lasting flowers, this is not your shop. A very dear friend of mine bought a large bouquet of roses for me to be delivered on 02/14/22, however they weren't delivered until later on 02/15/22. When they were dropped off, the roses were mostly bloomed and a few even looked like they had begun to wilt. In addition, the greenery had an off-putting odor, as though they were dying. This used to be my go-to for flowers but after Mother's Day no more. I had to wait for 20 minutes because they couldn't find my flowers, the few roses got very wilty by Tuesday (picked them up Saturday) and the majority of the workers weren't wearing masks (prior to CDC's announcement that you didn't need to wear if vaccinated). I can do better by buying flowers at Publix and Costco and using some yard greenery.

We ordered a deluxe flower arrangement for Mother's Day and what was delivered was not at all correct. I understand having to swap out flowers, but there were not the amount shown and certainly not worth the money. We called for a refund and they wanted to go to my mothers house, take her flowers, and give her new ones. I don't want to bother her or let her know something wrong happened. DO NOT shop at Harry's Famous Flowers. First, there's nothing outside, so you can't choose loose flowers or made arrangements, which is already a major red flag for a flower shop. People should be able to browse around and see what flowers you have, they wanna see what they're buying. Second, No one wanted to attend me until a lady with a Trump mask came out and just treated me very rude. What a letdown. Ordered flowers for Mom in advance to be delivered on Mother's Day. Nothing of the sort took place. Received a call at 4pm in the afternoon that day, stating the delivery was not going to take place. I realize that the day is a probably more busy than normal, but you deliver flowers as a business, you should have the process down by now... Received my credit, however, I will never use this place again for anything.
