Was looking for a new florist in the area and saw the Yelp reviews for Waltham's Florist. Called and very helpful on selecting the roses I was looking for my wife for our anniversary. The service was personalized, caring, quick and easy and I received exactly what I had anticipated. Has not been the case with some other area florists. When I got there they knew the order and told me they were what I was looking for and they were very nice. Very nice experience.

I was looking for a florist near weston and i saw great reviews for walthams florist. i found what i wanted on their website before calling. michael answered the phone and got my story straight right away and helped me customize the bouquet. my lady friend received the flowers at work a few hours later and she absolutely loved them.

I called today at 12:30 and was still able to get a delivery made to Newton by 2:00. The gent who answered the phone was super professional and helpful. It's refreshing to see someone in customer service that takes care of their customers like that. Small businesses depend on good loyal employees who do it right. He helped me pick out the right arrangement for my fiancé since I was unable to come into the store. He did a bang up job, and she loved the flowers! I will be a repeat customer.

Had a beautiful, simple flower arrangement delivered to my grandmother for her birthday. Would definitely use Waltham Florist again. The arrangement looked even better than it did on the website. The flowers were delivered on time as well.

Needed a quick bouquet of roses for my daughters show at Brandeis. Ordered over the phone. They made us a perfect one, and stayed open a few minutes after closing so we could pick it up. So nice to get personal service and fresh flowers!

I ordered an orchid plant for my mom for her birthday, as a surprise. The delivery was touch-and-go because I didn't know when she would be home, and didn't want to ruin the surprise! Waltham's Florist was great - they didn't want to leave the plant out in the cold too long, so they patiently coordinated with me (over many phone calls) a good drop-off time.
