Over the past year I have used Waltham's Florist about 5 or 6 times! Each time they delivered the same exceptional service, quality and professionalism. One of the events I used them for was my wedding. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were stunning. I was beyond happy with them. Wow! Absolutely modern & gorgeous!!! Thank you to the designers for creating such a unique center piece for our event. I worked with them over the phone to get a center piece for our business and it turned out amazing! I never even had to drop in the shop but can't wait to visit sometime soon. So many guests commented on the arrangement, Waltham's Florist is definitely our new go-to for all things floral!

I am always very happy with Waltham Florist. I will be honest here, I have never ordered from here but, it's my boyfriend's go to spot for ordering me flowers. The only time I wasn't 100% thrilled was one time I got a bouquet of peonies and oriental lilies (my favorites) and all the oriental lilies were wide open, which meant they didn't last very long. I am sure my boyfriend probably suggested they all be open but, since he has not a single clue about flowers they definitely could have pushed him towards some closed ones. T... read more

Incredible service, beautiful flowers. I had a last minute (less than 24 hours) request for flowers for a wake/funeral service. I wanted to include a cloth table napkin since it was a special family memory - and even though it was last minute and an odd request, they not only did it, but it was done beautifully. The family of the deceased were very touched by this level of thoughtfulness.

I'll cut right to the chase: 1. The person I spoke with on the phone (Jimmy - who I found out today was the owner) was pleasant, helpful, and recognized the importance of my order. 2. Flowers were delivered on time. 3. Roses were beautiful. 4. Wife was thrilled. Everything else is gravy. As a florist, if you get those things right every time, you are five stars in my book. Thanks for the help and for putting a smile on my wife's face. I'll definitely be back.

Talk about a business that goes above and beyond for their customers. Waltham's Florist is the epitome of what a good business should be and what too many businesses these days lack. I went to a wedding back in October and let's just say the ONE thing that people were talking about were the floral arrangements and who had dibs on what :) Come to find out Waltham Florist did the flowers!! I was pretty surprised considering I grew up in Waltham and didn't know we had such aa good florist around the way. I recently got married this past month and as the typical groom i wasn't involved in much of the decor. Nevertheless i still received the bill! W/e thats the life of a husband ill accept it- When i stepped into that church and saw the flowers on the alter..later to see my brides bouquet i was overwhelmed with how vivid the flower arrangements were.
