I worked with Waltham Flowers for a corporate black-tie dinner reception and could not have been more pleased with the service I received and ofcourse, the actual flower arrangements. This was my first time ordering flowers like this, but Jimmy and his staff were more than willing to entertain my ideas and helped me come to a decision about what I wanted for the event. Exception customer service. Gorgeous Arrangements. Definitely will be back! Needed a last minute order for my workplace. I called (during Admin appreciation week no less!) and they were so kind and helpful. They had three beautiful arrangements ready before we opened that evening that were so so perfect and exactly what we were looking for, amazing, especially since we were at the mercy of the flowers they had in stock! I've gone here many times and love Jimmy and the staff. Any occasions, this is the perfect place to go. I love the option of ordering a custom bouquet of flowers. I just put in an order the other day for my mom's birthday and they were absolutely beautiful! Definitely recommend this place to everyone in Waltham and the surrounding towns!

Great Experience. I think it was Jimmy who helped me. We picked individual flowers to create a beautiful bouquet for my wife's birthday. I will be visiting them for my next flower purchase!

I have used the best florists in the Boston area and out of state with some disappointing result. I am very picky and I love flowers myself. Flowers are a real indulgence. Today a dear friend called me after an extended stay in rehab due to serious illness. Her description of your flowers was"spectacular". I was thrilled!. Customer service was outstanding. I will use them again.

Jimmy took care of me! I have work and school and trying to plan a wedding meant that I forgot to order wedding flowers until 3 weeks before. Jimmy to the rescue! He made me a gorgeous bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, and 3 boutineers with plenty of time to spare. I also had some ideas that I found on Pinterest, and he made them a reality. Thank you!!

Place can get filled up quick, I came during prom season and it was pretty busy. The selection is very nice and the prices are reasonable. The woman who worked in the front was very nice though. Overall make sure that you are prepared when you come because the selection can be overwhelming for someone like myself who knows nothing about flowers. The store is very well organized as when people came in there orders were ready. I would come here again only because it's the place closet to me, but it is a nice store.
