Waltham's Florist is by far the very best florist for every occasion! Their flowers, arrangements and staff are outstanding!!! They never disappoint and always aim to please. They did all the centerpiece arrangements for my daughters baby shower and they were spectacular and made the whole room so bright and happy Huge kudos and shout out to Jimmy and his whole staff! Thank you so much for the gorgeous centerpieces!

I have now used Waltham's Florist on 2 occasions; once for a Christmas arrangement and once for a sympathy arrangement. Both arrangements were extraordinary! The customer service from both Silicia and Jimmy was above and beyond!! Being from New York, having a local florist in Waltham that is a pleasure to deal with is so nice. I would recommend Waltham's Florist unequivocally and without hesitation!!!!

Waltham's Florist takes customer service to the next level. I placed a same-day order for my cousin's 25th wedding anniversary online and, unfortunately, received a call to inform me that the flowers that were included in the arrangement I chose weren't available. I was asked what about the arrangement I liked (color, aesthetics, structure, tone) so that the designer could create something for me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Super friendly and helpful service and really nice flowers. I'll be back! Plus they deliver to nearby towns. And learned that a penny in a tulip vase keeps them standing straight.

Honest - if you haven't every ordered flowers and experienced world class product - world class service - and world class appreciation for your business - then you haven't tried using Jimmy and his team. This florist is AMAZING! I plan to use them again and again (if they will take my business)! (I was not easy to deal with in my opinion). I bought a dear friend a bouquet for such a sad time in her life- I spoke to Michael directly to design a delivery of flowers- who made the most gorgeous arrangement that I think I have ever seen. Top notch on every front. Waltham's Florist was my 3rd call to local florists that deliver to the area I needed a bouquet to go to, and boy am I glad I struck out on my first two calls to other florist shops. I called Waltham's Florist and spoke to 'Jimmy'. I called at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon and was told that delivery service was done for the day. I explained that I wanted a local delivery for my wife who just completed her job and I knew where her coworkers were taking her. Quick, "Hold on." Someone got on the phone and made my day! Beautiful simple arrangement delivered, made my wife cry! I won. Thanks guys!

I have used Waltham's florist several times including yesterday, they always come through and the pricing is reasonable. The other reason i go in there is they are always happy to help me and are pleasant to deal with. I was telling my daughter about this place, and she conveyed to me that when she was 11 her and her friend walked in there to get flowers for our new neighbor.
