I called yesterday afternoon looking to have a plant delivered to my husband. Selicia was so friendly and helpful, getting it delivered before close in just a couple hours (on a Saturday no less) so it wasn't potentially sitting outside all day Monday. Highly recommend!

My daughters received two beautiful bouquets and balloons from Waltham's Florist for Valentine's Day. The quality of the flowers is exceptional -- they still look absolutely brand new 5 days later! Lovely packaging and thoughtful arrangement. Top notch service. 100% recommend!

Ended up ordering a bouquet of flowers for my best friend who lives in Waltham. Spoke to Selicia (I think that was her name?) and she was friendly as she took my order. I requested a couple of lilies, since that is my best friend's favorite flower and she was upfront and honest about the different price points, which was much appreciated (ie you could order custom, but starting price is 100, or you could add a couple of lilies to an already existing bouquet). Had a lovely experience with Waltham's Florist! They delivered same day and called me prior to update me about the bouquet I had ordered (and were lovely on the phone). I appreciate their excellent work and will be using again!! The recipient loved their flowers!

I call in the morning for something special to be delivered to loved ones in another state. Jimmy talked with me, helped me pick some thing, took care of all of the information and facts, and had it delivered within an hour. The email confirmations for the order and for the delivery was great. Such a nice feature. I'll definitely use them again, and I have already recommended them to my daughter who lives close to them. Ordered flowers for a retirement gift. EXCELLENT service throughout! The florist was so patient with all my questions and requests and sent me text with pictures. The arrangement was gorgeous! It looked very fancy and was a fair price. Great flowers, great design, great team. Ordered a second time and will be go back again!

Selicia helped me pick an arrangement over the phone to be delivered for a friend's birthday. She was very helpful and enthusiastic. My friend loved the flowers !
