I couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional service I received from Waltham’s Florist today. My husband and I ordered a thank you arrangement for a National Grid outstanding employee. Turns out, unbelievably, you can’t send “gifts” to employees. Waltham’s called me to tell me the delivery was refused and what would I like to do with it. I asked them to send it to caregivers at a local nursing home. They waived the delivery fee and said they would find a good home for the arrangement. Superior service and very friend... read more
