thank you for taking so much care of the delivery-when recipient was not home I got a call from man attempting delivery-he asked if ok to leave there-yes to leave my friend called to tell me how much she loves the flowers and how nice you were in following up with a phone call to her

I called around to a few florists and I explained I was looking to have some flowers delivered to my daughter in the area. I live in the Dallas Tx area and so getting the right selection was critical. I had the pleasure of speaking to Jessica with Waltham flowers, little did I know she'd provide a 5-star experience. She was professional, engaging, helpful and very friendly. My daughter loved her floral arrangement, stuffed bear and assorted chocolates. Job well done Jessica

Jimmy and team made our wedding day so special! We were doing a court wedding and two weeks before the date, realized a bouquet is a good idea. What a fabulous experience I had today with Waltham Florist and Flower. I had ordered a arrangement for a funeral, and noticed that some of the flowers were a bit wimpy. I contacted Waltham F&F and they welcomed my concerns and were sympathetic about what had happened and were thankful for the opportunity to make it right. It is unusual in these times that a business will actually back their product and Waltham F&F actually does that. I feel very comfortable recommending that you give them a try. I live in the SE United States and wanted to send my daughter, who works at Brandeis University in Waltham, a birthday bouquet. This was my first time to work with Waltham's Florist and Flower Delivery, and the woman I spoke with was exceptional.
