We have five adult kids and all of them live far away. We send lots of flowers and plants. I try to pick florists who are local and whose webpages show creativity, not just variety. When I called Sonny Alexander I explained about our daughter, mentioned the occasion, where she works and what she does, then asked for advice (rather than dictating a specific design or result). They were great with this approach, caught the mood/style of our daughter, and she is over the moon with their design. Will definitely call Sonny A... read more
Delivered to my door and absolutely stunning. Such a wonderful arrangement and the choice of flowers was brilliant. A special gift from my darling daughter. I have had flowers delivered in my life - but these rate more than 5 stars.
I can't begin to say enough nice things about this florist. The receptionist, when I called, was delightful and very helpful. I needed the flowers delivered in less than 24 hours for my brother's memorial service and they were so accommodating about that. I gave her a price range and when I saw the arrangement in person I was blown away by its beauty. It was definitely more than a flower arrangement. It was a work of art! I would certainly use this florist again!
Sonny Alexander really came through for me during a difficult time. A friend and co-worker passed away unexpectedly. I spoke with Diane and shared with her my situation and description of what I envisioned. I requested a large, elegant robust spray of flowers and asked that they incorporate greens, white and creams, nothing flashy. What I didn't want was something colorful ... read more
I love them. The people here are friendly, professional and accommodating. I work at a spa and we get flowers from Sonny Alexander for special occasions. Our clients love them and always comment on how beautiful they are. They are willing to work with us and if ever there is an issue, they work with me to rectify the situation. Danny who works there on the weekends is extremely warm and hands down, one of the best customer service agents I've worked with in a long time. Flowers are always creative and beautiful -- they... read more
Booked a flower bouquet through the phone for my graduation and I loved it! The staff was efficient and nice and the flowers are super fresh and pretty!
Our office bought a flower arrangement for our coworker as a thank you for organizing an event. We were all speechless when we saw the arrangement being delivered. It was simply gorgeous! Looking forward to ordering more arrangements from Sonny Alexander Flowers!
It's difficult to find a good florist in LA; this place has awesome long stem big bulb roses.
I couldn't be happier. Gorgeous flowers- as advertised. No skimping here. They take pride in their work and I'd be glad to use them again in the future. Professional- and overall, a job really well done.
