I popped in today, on a whim, to get a small bouquet for a friend who is having a baby soon. They had a lovely collection of flowers and they were all so fresh (you know it's sad when you see damaged or wilting flowers at a flower shop)! I completely forgot to ask for the name of the person who was helping me (she had been at the front desk area), but she was so helpful and nice. I had an amazing experience with Diana! She was helpful in getting my order together for the same day delivery to Kaiser Hospital Sunset. Just got word that the arrangement is "gorgeous" Thank you so much for your kindness.
Very kind people. Had to send flowers for my boss - the recipient of the flowers was in intensive care - you can't receive flowers in intensive care. Sonny Alexander called the hospital daily to check until the person had been moved to the regular wing of the hospital and they promptly delivered the flowers. Unbelievably good customer service.

The staff is great, the space is beautiful however the quality wasn't what I thought it would be. My 3 dozen yellow roses which cost me $270 only lasted 4 days before I had to throw them out. I purchase flowers weekly and usually only toss them because I like the look of fresh roses however these baby's didn't even last through the weekend! For $270 I expected a lot more than a few days of bliss followed by a slow, painful wither of such a beautiful yellow rose.

I used to order via the other online florists but I came to realize that what I ordered was never what was delivered. This was never good news from both a $$ and expectation perspective.
