Best florist in town!!! They are great at same day orders and *always* have a beautiful selection of flowers! Everyone there is delightful and very helpful (especially with last minute requests!!)!!
I have used this florist twice now for same day orders. Both times they were very accomidating and took care of me perfectly. The girl on the phone was quick and polite.
I worked with this florist for my engagement party back in July. The staff was all really friendly and enjoyable to work with, especially Caitlin. She helped in our decision of flowers and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. She had two sample arrangements for our approval a week before the party. I would highly recommend them for any event!
My absolute favorite florist in LA - well I love Empty Vase too, these two may tie in my heart. Just remembered I needed to express my love on Yelp after receiving the most beautiful arrangement for my birthday. If you aren't sending your floral arrangements from here, those receiving them are seriously deprived! The staff is always SO friendly and willing to get your arrangements out even in short notice. These guys have the best flowers....!!!! Their roses are the best and the sales people always make sure to pick you the freshest of the bunch. THEY ARE SO BEAUTIFUL... I have been stopping by to bring home some flowers, even if its just a little, and it is always such a POSITIVE AND PLEASURABLE experience. The sales associate is so sweet... They make elegant, wedding-quality floral arrangements. There's a wide variety of designs to fit any budget, and a really nice feature of their website is they include the dimensions so you know what you're paying for. I placed my order over the phone, and Casey was very thorough and sweet, even explaining that the vase shown in the picture was no longer available but would be substituted for something similar. I ordered flowers from Sonny Alexander for a friend's graduation. They have a good website and I ordered them on-line; afterwards I decided to call just to make sure that everything went through. It was around 3 p.m. and on the form I indicated that I wanted them to be sent later that day. The girl on the phone was very sweet; she informed me they were about to close and since my order was placed late it might not get sent until the next day. Absolutely wonderful!!!! I live in NY so I ordered the flowers sight unseen, but the website was very helpful as were the staff over the phone. The staff contacted me shortly after I placed the order to let me know that the recipient had moved and to provide me with the updated address. Since I was concerned about the delivery (I didn't want to contact the recipient as they were sympathy flowers), they even contacted me after the delivery to let me know the flowers had successfully been delivered. I agree with the first reviewer. The flowers here are very nice, and the service is EXCELLENT. Really very nice staff and the arrangements are always great. I definitely recommend Sonny Alexander's for a special occasion. Tip: If there is not parking in the front, go to the back of the shop. Although there are usually 2 vans there, usually you can find parking. DON'T park in the shopping lot on the corner.. they will tow.
