I am so impressed, I receive a beautiful arrangement of tulips and orchids but the next day the tulips were a bit 'sad'. I called and explained the state of the arrangement. They asked me to email them a picture, and within minutes they called, agreed, and apologized. That was Friday. Today (Monday) morning, a gorgeous replacement was sent to my office. Finding this kind of customer service not only rare, but so appreciated. I will now use them in the future!
Extremely classy, professional, and high end looking arrangements. I'll be using you moving forward!!!
This is my absolute go to flower store! The customer service is great, the flowers are fresh and always impress, and I can count on a quick delivery!
I was blown away at the quality of their work!!! Gorgeous, elegant and luxurious arrangements. I made 4 purchases in 1 day. They will definitely be my go-to florist in LA. Amazing!!!
A lovely and original Valentine's arrangement. On time delivery and the blind lasted over a week - thanks!
The first time I'm using these guys and I couldn't be happier! It was International Women's Day and last minute I wanted to deliver some flowers to my mom. I found these guys through Bloomnation and was able to order this beautiful vase of flowers same-day delivery. The flowers that arrived were BEAUTIFUL just like the picture and arrived 2 hours after I ordered them! Wow! I was extremely impressed! I am definitely ordering from these guys again no question about it.
Beautiful arrangements!! I had to get Baccara Roses for a client, which is not readily available at any florist. After calling around, I decided to call Sonny Alexander which had a shop previously close to home but moved temporarily. They not only could get the roses but they were very reasonably priced. Everything was done over the phone so when I picked them up at their temporary store on 3rd street, it was all ready. About their temporary shop, it was beautiful! Loved all the arrangements and varieties of displays. ... read more
I ordered the Westridge flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day and she was over the moon to receive them! She thought the orchids, succulent, and vase were the prettiest flowers she's ever gotten. Sonny was even able to accommodate my request for purple orchids (it was originally pictured with white). Super easy to order and they arrived at her office in the late afternoon.
I picked up a beautiful host's gift here - completely on a whim while finishing up some shopping on Third Street. The gorgeous flowers in the window hooked me! I wish I had taken a photo of the gorgeous bouquet the gal put together for me - it was colorful, fun, and modern - (just what I asked for!) very similar to the wonderful bouquets I get at home in The Netherlands. The bouquet was wrapped and tied up beautifully too. My host loved it! If you want to impress a host with a unique, quality bouquet, it will set you back ~$... read more
