Incredible service, absolutely perfect. Talked over the phone with a representative and the service was outstanding. Extremely nice and enthusiastic and very very helpful. Perfect and seamless experience ordering over the phone.
If we could give Sunny Alexander flowers 1,000,000 stars we would. We just ordered flowers for Mother's Day and Casey couldn't of been more helpful, kind, understanding And thoroughly delightful to work with! She sent us pictures because we didn't know what we were ordering. She was very patient and treated us like we were her only clients even though this is a very busy day for her and her company, did not rush us through the process and we will definitely order all our flowers Through her! This is a well-established Flor... read more
We were very impressed with the arrangements in the store, they were individual, not "mass produced", and very fresh. I would highly recommend them!
Excellent service and apparently arrangement was as represented because I received the most excited and surprised thank you. Thanks Kasie!
I have been delighted to receive flowers from Sonny Alexander for many years. I am always overwhelmed with emotion to see how beautifully they are designed and arranged. They are accompanied by a note that is well presented on quality card stock. Delivery is always friendly and professional. I truly appreciate all the attention to detail and I thank you for making each occasion special.
Sonny Alexander Flowers is my neighborhood florist, and boy am I glad for it. I stepped into the store, which was clean and inviting. The staff members were welcoming and so, so friendly. They worked with my budget and time constraints, and helped me put together a beautiful arrangement that was quite the bang for my buck. Would definitely recommend getting your floral arrangement needs met here!
I ordered a flower arrangement over the phone for a friend in the hospital. I live out of state. The person on the phone was so nice and helpful, asked about my friend's personality, made great suggestions and I felt pretty confident. Just got notification it was delivered from the florist and a pic of the arrangement from my friend. It is soooo pretty! My sick friend is thrilled and so am I. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this business based on my experience. If I ever need flowers in LA again, I know who to call! Thanks Sonn... read more
We just got the most beautiful bouquet of flowers from this place. What a gorgeous arrangement of yellow, orange, and white flowers. Very fresh looking. They look wonderful on our dining room table. This was not a pre-ordered floral arrangement. The person that purchased it for us simply walked into the store and picked this one out. I definitely recommend Sonny Alexander Flowers. Seeing this arrangement when I came home made my day!
Just amazing service from Brad early on a Monday morning, needed an arrangement for a friend whose dog had died over the weekend. Called and picked up within 2 hours the most gorgeous flowers ever. Thank you will be back!
