I called from out of town and ordered the flowers over the phone for same day delivery. The salesman offered a wonderful suggestion and within 2 hours I received a phone call from the recipient raving about the beautiful arrangement! Easy, friendly and a perfect arrangement. I couldn't be happier!
Nick was fabulous to work with! The roses were perfect, exactly as I asked. They were waiting at the restaurant on the table upon arrival. Excellent service....Can't go wrong with this florist. They care about giving you the quality and service that is so lacking everywhere else. Made it a very special night. Thank you.
Okay...So, it was Friday before Mother's Day weekend and I totally forgot to pick up my mom's favorite flower, a gardenia; which is a hard flower to find on short notice. I called seven other places before I can across Palm Springs Florist. Not only did they have the flower and in the cut I wanted it in, but they were also half the price of what I normally have paid in the past. I have ordered from here before online. My deliveries were always what I expected. Until I decided to go in and order in person. I came in and saw they were getting their delivery in, so I decided to look around since it looked like they were a bit busy. Waited about 10min and still no one helped me. I ordered my sons corsage and boutonniere for homecoming. I ordered white flowers, green and black decor. Apparently they ran out of white roses so they only used a very small Lilly. It was not worth the $100 we paid for. There was another mom in there who ordered the same thing who was also complaining about hers. They re did it but used dying brown white roses. Not what I expected and left not happy. With all the other florist options in town, I would not return.
Have a broken jaw and on major pain meds . Driver had trouble contacting me due to that reason . Once he got in the gate he was very crass and hateful shoving the flowers in face and yelling how he couldn't get in as he quickly turned his back and stormed down the stairs . Plant is beautiful but could do without the attitude when im.sick especially. Plant made my day attitude ruined it again thanks to the rude driver.
Three Strikes and I am done doing business with Palm Springs Florist. I am a PS local and support local business as often as I can. I have ordered from PS Florist three times and every time the order has needed to be redone. The latest was a centerpiece for a dinner party. One week before the event, I went to the studio and chose the container, the flowers to be used and height in inches. I even provided inspiration photos. Corey, flowers are a perishable product and you didn't call us until 2 weeks after they died my friend. We explained to you on the phone that we have absolutely no recourse ourselves with the growers and wholesalers when its been that long and had you called us earlier we would he worked with you to do right by you in every way possible.
