UPDATE I the owner of the business has contacted me and apologized for how I was treated at the store. He also acknowledged that the situation was handed wrong. I appreciate this call.
Sent my mom flowers for Mother's Day. Instead of attempting delivery, they called her ahead of time and ruined the surprise. When I pay $100+ for flowers, I expect less laziness! She reported the arrangement is really pretty, so they still get two stars. Surprise is a very important part of sending flowers!

My last-minute request was fielded by a know-it-all designer telling me I needed to trust him and his 50 years of experience. Trust a florist? Everyone has their own opinion of what is pleasing to them, so I'm not going to trust a person I do not know, with a very generic website of options. Did I mention he rudely told me a centerpiece for a meeting table can be up to 18" high (this would have been promptly removed for being too high)...put off by his attitude and lack of willingness to hear what I wanted.
