I placed a delivery order over the phone. The women who took my order was very pleasant and helpful. I love that they sent me a photo of the arrangement before it was sent out. The recipient thought the arrangement was beautiful. I'll definitely use this florist again.

I called the day of my husband's birthday to have it delivered that night, and Jordan delivered.. at the restaurant I was celebrating. Melvin's in Palm springs. It was there on arrival. Absolutely beautiful!! And 10 days after the arrangement looks just like it did the day it was delivered. Thank you Jordan for your customer service. I talked to Brent or any of the fine staff and all I do is tell them what I need and they do the rest. I don't worry about the cost or the delivery because over the last 45 years they have never missed!!!!!

Went in to order an arrangement for Officers Vega and Zerebny. Jordan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Was extremely satisfied and would recommend them again.

I had major surgery last week and had a dozen beautiful red roses sent from out of state friends. Unfortunately the roses didn't last as long as I thought they should. I called the florist and explained the situation. They wanted to make things and by this afternoon they had delivered a wonderful peace lily that I can enjoy for years to come. Excellent customer service!

I picked up some flowers here for my bride, our mothers and my grandma. Went in the day of my wedding. They were ready to go and beautiful. I would highly recommend this florist. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Our florist in Palm Springs went out of business and I called Palm Springs florist...was I pleased ! They have many pictures to look at on their website and when I called they were extremely helpful...they sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivering it and when I called and asked if they could make a small change they did it and sent me the new picture and delivered it on time...THEY ARE GREAT ! Paul initially seemed a bit confused about an inquired that was made earlier by my BF for an arrangement that we wanted to send to a bereaved friend of ours. The order was placed and a delivery attempt was made. They contacted the recipient by his cell phone and read him the card and then Mike called me back and said that they would keep the arrangement fresh until our friend returned from out of state. I did appreciate the thoughtful follow up
