Julie is amazing! I've ordered flowers from her twice now and I just have to explain what the occasion is and she knows exactly what I want! She always makes sure I am completely satisfied. She has great ideas to do something different too! She keeps all of your previous orders on file so if you are sending to the same person (like me) she already has the address saved. She also uses ideas from your last order too. I receive a confirmation email with pictures of the bouquet to ensure my 100% satisfaction before they are deli... read more

My mother, who lives in Boston, wanted to send me a birthday gift. She spoke with Palm Springs Florist in great detail and arranged to have exactly what she wanted delivered to our home in Palm Springs. It is a beautiful table-top garden of cactus and succulents. It is expertly designed and has maintained its beauty as both a wonderful addition to our outdoor living space and a testament to the attractiveness of sustainable plantings for the desert.
Business response:
Steve, Most of our reviews are from our clients/customers. Thrilled to hear from one of our recipients! Succulents are awesome plants, with very unique character. I called from Seattle and Jordan was so gracious and helpful. We discussed a bouquet of roses and lilies over the phone and he assured me they would be delivered to the hospital that very day. A gorgeous arrangement was delivered to my brother in the hospital- his husband sent a picture and said the staff at the hospital voted it was the most stunning arrangement! I am so impressed with Palm Springs Florist. I know the flowers really cheered up my brother. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place.
Business response:
