This was the best online experience ever. From the ease of ordering online to the excellent customer service post ordering. The webpage was easy to navigate, after my order I was sent a confirmation along with a picture of what my friend would be receiving. They also sent a notification when my flowers were delivered. I work at a large florist in Michigan so am picky about ordering from far away, but it's my sister's birthday and I wanted a nice plant basket with fresh cuts. And a balloon. I couldn't be happier with my order and the whole experience!!! A pleasant knowledgeable lady took my order and it was delivered to Cathedral City within 2 hours... Living in Connecticut and wanting to send flowers to our close friend in Palm Desert was so easy with PSF. The arrangement was simply beautiful and the staff was a pleasure to work with. Company website was a smooth and fast process to order flowers to be sent to a friend in that area. Had an issue with friend staying in the hospital a day longer than expected and I was able to call and ask if they could deliver the next day instead with no problem at all. I cannot tell you how amazing Jordan and his staff are at Palm Springs Florist. I have ordered multiple times with them last year and again recently over the past weekend. He and the staff know exactly what to suggest with the right touch. He spent his evening looking for the promised materials, made a fabulous new centerpiece, and delivered it along with a very nice note. Palm Springs Florist and Jordan are amazing! Jordan and his staff always impress. I have bought indoor plants from them and they are the only ones I have ever seen live past a week. My sister got married and they did all the flowers for the reception and the ceremony. The roses lasted for so long and looked so amazing. I recommend them for any occasion. They specialize in the hard to find or specialty orders. Great people and family run business too!
