Jordan from Palms Springs Florist is THE best. I dragged my then fiancé to FIVE floral shop consults before deciding on PSF. I liked that Jordan was the second generation to run the shop, and by the end of my work with him I feel confident he knows the business inside and out. And my praise shouldn't be showered on Jordan alone, because I can tell his entire team is on top of their game. He's also extremely honest and upfront about what to expect. I called up Palm Springs Florist for a special occasion...my anniversary. I spoke with Julie who was kind, polite, and really wanted to know what I was looking for in an arrangement. I explained what I was hoping for... including colors, specific flowers, size, and most importantly, price. Julie took careful notes, as the arrangement was really spot on and absolutely wonderful!! I have used Palm Springs Florist for over 15 years, and am always thrilled with their creations! Aside from the creativity of their floral designers and reliable delivery, their customer service is great. Jordan always send a picture (via email) of what is being delivered, which I really enjoy. I have never had any other florist provide that kind of service. The walk-in experience in the shop is great as well, and I highly recommend them!

I have been so pleased with Palm Springs Florist. I live in Hawaii and often send arrangements to a dear friend who lives in the area; PSF is who I trust with these special orders. Jordan and his staff are amazing; helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, AND... they create lovely arrangements! I also love that they send pictures of the arrangement before it's delivered. I was extremely pleased with the beautiful arrangement they just did for my friend's birthday. They even sent me a photo of it before they delivered it. All handled in a very timely fashion as well. I will be using them again for sure.

I have been so disappointed with floral gifts lately that I didn't want to give it another chance, but so glad that I did. I called direct to Palm Springs Florists rather than using online national firms, and they delivered a bouquet that knocked everyone's socks off. We all agree that it was one of the most dramatic gorgeous bouquets we've seen, and we aren't an easy bunch to please.

Great experience with Jordan, we ordered 10 bud vases, 10 succulents and 72 french tulips plus greens, vases and balloons, all for wife's birthday party for 20 people at local villas, and everything was perfect and on time, so highly recommend.
