The team made it very easy to send a sympathy bouquet. The arrangement was beautiful and they sent it the very next day. The recipient said it was the most beautiful bouquet she had ever received.

On Valentine's Day my husband purchased gorgeous roses. They were the prettiest I have ever seen. Unfortunately the card my husband wrote was missing from the bouquet, it had gotten loose from the bouquet and was missing with the delivered roses. It was later found in the company's delivery truck. Palm Springs Florist rectified the situation by delivering the card with a beautiful rose and in addition a card from the florist shop with their sincere apologies. Let me start by saying everything about them was just amazing! From the start their service and communication was so on point and so easy. Since I've never planned a wedding before or have been to a ton I wasn't all too sure what to order or to even say but Jordan was extremely helpful the whole way through and we ended up with exactly the flowers I had in mind. I had to organise some flowers from Australia for an event I was hosting in Joshua Tree and found Palm Springs Florist to be absolutely wonderful. They were very helpful in sending photos and organising everything. Can highly recommend!

Why, why, why, haven't I reached out to Palm Springs Florist sooner? Jordan was wonderful to work with. The arrangement was beautiful! My order was last minute (a funeral) and Jordan was able to accommodate my order/ delivery. Did I mention my arrangement was beautiful? Do not go anywhere else. I know I sure won't!

Jordan and his wife were the sweetest!!! I sent over a bunch of photos of my inspiration in the beginning, and Jordan worked with me on finalizing the budget to ensure the execution was nothing short of extraordinary.
