One star is one too many. Yelp does not provide option for zero stars. For business like this - they should. DO NOT throw your money away here - there are more reputable options in the area. I've ordered flowers, box of assorted chocolates (biggest they had) and a balloon for my wife for Mother's Day. On Monday when I got back from work I found from wife that only flowers have arrived. I ordered an $85 bouquet for our wedding anniversary. The flowers that were delivered were an appalling disappointment. I should have looked on Yelp reviews first: this florist has tons of 1 star reviews all saying the same thing. The flowers looked worse than the $15 bouquet you can buy from Costco. There were less flowers, they were poorer quality and they were less well arranged than Costco flowers but they cost $85 instead of $15. I ordered a set for my wife for our anniversary and was hoping to surprise her at work with flowers. I called the company around 10 AM to see if they could provide me with a delivery time or estimated time. I received rude service right away but was told the flowers would be there before 4pm (the time she got off). Fast forwarding through the day, my wife gets home at about 430 without flowers. Would never use them again order through the Tribute store they were local florist order on Sunday for a Tuesday service the flower spray which was not cheap did not get delivered. I ordered a Garden Dish Succulent plant via "From You Flowers" as a birthday gift to a friend in Virginia Beach for her birthday yesterday (5/3). What she received was absolutely NOTHING like the picture I ordered. The succulents in the dish were dried up and basically dead. I ordered Mother's Day flowers via the FTD website for several out of state relatives. They I assume contract it out. I always ask for a picture of what they receive to compare to what I ordered. This is upgraded "Adoring You" bouquet. I will let FTD know what's being delivered in their name. Thanks to Yelp I will just find the best local florist in the area of my loved ones and deal with them directly.

This is the worst florist. Please don't waste your money. I spent a lot of money here (2 different times) and the flowers sent were embarrassing. I need to send flowers today BUT, you can be sure, it won't be from Greenbrier Florist.

Ordered arrangement for my wife for 36th anniversary. Delivery scheduled for Sunday but website did not give options to select times. Flowers did not arrive until after 6pm and had the wrong address, even though the address on the invoice was correct. To top it off the roses we're no where near fresh and the arrangement was nothing like the advertised picture. Basically just 12 roses with some baby's breath. I had a surgery and a family member out of state ordered a an arrangement. It was terrible!! Inexpensive, half dead flowers. The arrangement was nothing special. For $75. Y'all are a rip off with no real floral talent!
