Absolutely disastrous effort by Greenbrier Florist. Not only did they violate all Teleflora protocols by substituting flowers not called for in the online arrangement description, but it was not the size and beauty of the depicted arrangement. There was no pedestal for the pot, there were no succulents and live plants, and the decision to replace some flowers with other colors inflamed an already bad situation. I ordered a large flower arrangement from 1 800 flowers and it was filled by Greenbrier Florist. When the flowers arrived they looked great. However by the following morning several off the flowers had started to die. After 2 days many of them had died. Flowers from our local Kroger for $12 last at least a week. I contacted 1 800 flowers to complain and they gave me a 50% refund and I thought that fair. My husband ordered mother's day flowers for me from Greenbrier florist and by Thursday they were in the trash. They came in a ridiculously small vase. When we notified they did absolutely nothing. The same week I ordered a prom corsage. It looks more like a botinier. I brought it to the attention of the florist that I was displeased and she did absolutely nothing. No customer service. The price for the quality I got was outrageous. I will never shop there again.

I was sent flowers that were purchased via 1800FLOWERS and fulfilled by Greenbriar Florist. The flowers did not come as pictured, noting the pricier flowers were missing and what was sent was a basket of filler flowers. *Note-this is not the first time this has happened in general, with other florists as well. I think it's no coincidence that when this does happen I've never been sent too many roses or lilies (you know the expensive flowers). So in general always double-check what you purchased is what is received.*

My boyfriend is currently on deployment and sends me flowers about once a month. This past Thursday, January 5th I received flowers for my birthday and I was super disappointed with how the arrangement looked. One side is drooped over and the quality of the flowers is lacking. Take your money elsewhere.

Had flowers delivered this week to my niece and there were several issues with this delivery. One of the flowers was dead in their arrangement and one was already browning. They sent the wrong balloon (I wanted a get well, they sent thinking of you) which wasn't a Big deal, but the issue was that it was about 3/4 inflated on arrival. How embarrassing! I don't like to leave bad reviews. However, my husband will never order from this business again. My sister used to arrange bouquets for a living, so maybe my expectations are high. The arrangement has some beautiful flowers yes, but they could have been arranged better to make the bouquet more presentable to bring out the beauty. There was no aroma from the flowers which I found odd, I love the smell of fresh flowers. Flowers looked terrible after only 3 days. When I called the woman was extremely rude and said they're only meant to last 3-4 days and I should have called sooner. I told her we would never order from them again and she replied with "whatever we don't need your business anyways." The arrangement was $125 and hardly worth anything near that. Costco has better arrangements for 1/4 that price. Stay away.

If you want your delivery to arrive late these are your people. Set up an order for delivery on 9/8 that was never delivered. Called the morning of 9/9 to check to see what was going on. Was told an attempt was made but no one answered and the driver didn't want to leave them in the rain. The recipient was home all day there's no way she or her dogs didn't hear the door.
