I have ordered from Greenbrier Florist several times. The last time, I picked up a corsage and 45 minutes later we discovered my son had no boutonnière. We arrived back 15 minutes before closing on the day before several proms and they gladly made his boutonnière before they left. The flowers have always been beautiful and the service amazing!
Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and the team did a great job. The flowers were stunning and the price very reasonable for all the exotics they put in to the bouquet. Great shop where you can pick up something on the go or request something special at the last minute.

I was away for my 27th wedding anniversary so I was shopping online (via iPhone) for flower delivery. Greenbrier Florist came-up on Google. They compete with all other national florists so I decided to shop "local" while out of state. Online, the transaction was smooth. The following day, the florist called me with an issue about availability of the roses I ordered, resolved it over-the-phone, and the dozen pink rose bouquet arrived on time with personal message printed properly. My wife had a crappy day at work - and I was going to stop at Harris Teeter for flowers. On the way to Harris Teeter, I saw that Greenbrier Florist was open. I gave VERY little guidance (about how much I wanted to spend, and two flowers that my wife likes) and about 10 minutes later it was done and gorgeous! They even charged me less than he said he would. Throw in that when my wife called - they immediately started talking quietly to not give away the surprise, these guys are great!
I don't even know how to rate this. Maybe a one star? I received flowers on Saturday for mother's Day and by Tuesday this is what they looked like....
Lady at the front desk had very poor customer service. Flowers I got looked terrible, flowers looked old
I wholeheartedly wish I could rate Greenbrier Florist a -0. I placed an order for a family member five days prior to the funeral service and discovered the almost $300 floral arrangement was delivered to a totally different recipient with the same last name. Although, my loved one's name was clear on the order form, the manager confirmed she took it upon herself to change the name of the recipient. No one authorized her to do this.
