Ordered flowers from here I could have put something together nicer and bigger if I would have gone to Safeway. The sizes from their website do not come close to what they deliver.
Do not order from this place, it is terrible! My husband was out of town for Valentine's Day, and he called by phone and asked SPECIFICALLY for an assorted plant basket, and no Peace Plants because I already had one. I'm a big plant lover, so he asked them for an assortment, and NO peace plant. Well, guess what I got?? A basket with not one, but two peace plants!! Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and expected them to be delivered at a reasonable time. Have used them several times and had good service. I called them to find out an estimated delivery time and the person said she could not give one. Her attitude was poor. Told her I would not use their service again. Now we have to wait before going out to dinner for their delivery after 5:00 PM. The woman's attitude was POIR to say the least. Arrangement was far off from what was advertised - spent $70+ on a "deluxe" bouquet and the flowers were already wilted when they reached my Grandmothers house AT 8PM. Who delivers flowers that late?? Will be calling for a refund :)
Stay away from them, they are just in the business of scamming people who want to buy something nice for their loved ones. My mother ordered something online for my birthday, paid a lot for an arragement with flowers and fruit. They delivered a tiny fruit basket with no flowers just two bananas, two apples and a bunch of old grapes. They should be ashamed!!
I am writing this for my mother who is still very upset from the lack of customer service at this florist. If it was possible to put in a review and have the choice of no stars, I would love it. My parents went in person to order flowers for my aunt who died recently. Not only did they have to wait a long time to even be waited on (and my mother recently had total knee replacement so standing for a long period of time was not easy for her) but then was told that they do not deliver to the cemetery in Federal Way even though ... read more
I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day online, which is probably common for a flower shop. My mother is sick with stage 3 cancer and isn't really allowed to leave the house because her immune system is weak, so I thought flowers might make her day. Please do not use this florist if you expect your delivery to be made on the date you specify. The receptionist was rude and antagonizing, and did not take responsibility whatsoever for the order not being delivered because "they couldn't find the address" when the address was provided, directions included, and landmarks to go off of. Instead of communicating, they chose to just not deliver the order that was placed over a week ago. They did not call, nor follow up. If I could give zero stars I would. I did my flower order through the buds and blooms here in Puyallup, but they transferred it to the one in Federal Way, which I said was fine. And somewhere along the line the names of both the sender and recipient got messed up, even though it was all spelled correctly in my confirmation email.
