I will never order from this establishment again. I ordered two bouquets for Administrative Professionals Day, and they were delivered with no problem. The issue I had was, the roses in both bouquets started wilting the day of delivery and by the next day all of the roses were dried out and wilted. Both women had watered the flowers when they got them as they noticed there was very little water in the containers at delivery. I spent over an hour driving to this shop for a wedding consultation I had scheduled two weeks in advance. (Our wedding is out of town so I am trying to find vendors relatively close to our venue). I ordered a "Just because," arrangement for my wife to be delivered to her at work. I ordered the Heart and Soul package. In the photo from the website, the arrangement looked very nice. All red carnations were in the shape of a heart on top of a large grouping of baby's breath and greenery. Also, the vase was decorated with ribbon, tall, and rectangular. I purchased an arrangement, I can't find it on line now, but the flowers were dieing. the stems could not even get water cut to short. bad business!

Flowers were really over priced for one thing. For that price you would expect them to last a bit. They died and shriveled up in two days. We were rushed and the employee kept pushing us to buy things that were pre made out side. A dozen roses for 39.99? It wasn't even in a vase or anything fancy. Just plain dozen roses wrapped in brown paper with water dripping at the end. wtf We got better roses at costco for $15.00 that last way longer and look a lot better.

I am so sorry you had a poor experience. Unfortunately around that time of year, the prices for flowers do go up from the growers. I am so sorry you felt you did not get the excellent customer service we always strive for. I am just wondering if you are writing about the right flower shop? Our dozen roses are generally $29.95, and we do not use brown paper. However if it was us, I am sorry for your experience .
The arrangement that was delivered was the worst flower arrangement I had ever seen. It was not even close to the picture from the website. The flowers looked old and wilted and the arrangement was put together so sloppy. Buds and Blooms does NOT take pride in their products. I called and they were not so friendly and did not even apologize.
I ordered online for a white bouquet of flowers and this contracted florist by fromyouflowers.com (i found out who they were from delivery card) delivered a few orange flowers and a bouquet of green leaves?is this a joke? There is a reason why i ordered white flowers for the dead and not orange -to add insult to injury they messed up the card message and the name of the deceased person it was intended for -they wrote that it's for the service of my uncle who apparently is very much alive - it was actually intended for our g... read more
I ordered my Mom a deluxe arrangment for Christmas. When I was able to visit my Mom and saw the flowers they delivered I was very angry. The ugliest arrangement I have ever seen. The flowers I ordered wasn't even close to the flowers they delivered. I should of just bought flowers from Safeway. They have beautiful arrangements and is cheaper. I felt embarrassed and very angry. I will never order from them again. I'm making sure none of my family and friends order from them also.
This place is truly horrible. If I could give no stars to this place I would. On the day of my father's funeral I stopped into Bud's in Blooms in the hope that I could purchase some loose roses. As soon as I and my bereaved mother walked in we had a less than desirable experience. No one said anything to us for a good five minutes. I am so sorry you were disappointed with our selection of colored roses that were in stock when you were in. We try very hard to keep a large selection in stock. If you ever need a special color, call ahead and we will get it for you. There are a lot of factors of what colors are in stock ; like time of year , day of week and what has already been reserved. We get in a minimum of 1100 single roses a week, all mixed colors .
