I had the pleasure of working with Matt on my dad's memorial service. Because I live out of town, I wanted to send a photo of what I hoped to have created. Not only was Matt willing to work with me, he was excited. The whole process was so simple and the finished product was stunning. Matt delivered the flowers himself and was just as kind in person as he was over the phone. I HIGHLY recommend Buds & Blooms for all of your floral needs!

Strong dissatisfied and disappointed with the floral arrangement recently delivered to my Mother today. The bouquet received is vastly different from the photo of the "Deluxe" arrangement I ordered. It appears to have been put together with very little care and does not reflect the quality expected for the price paid. They arranged the flowers lopsided. I would've never bought the arrangement with the purple vase. Doesn't even look good. Looks cheap. Far too many florists in the area. I will not be using this one again.

Thank you guys. So much for what you guys did for our Friend, she is going through a tough time and we wanted to lighten the burden by sending some flowers. We also take care of Beautiful flowers here in Las vegas, Nevada, and we enjoy the process. Unfortunately, are expectations of your guys is quality. We’re not met and we paid for premium ! we are very displeased , the flowers were falling apart and dried up ! Buds & Blooms delivered a beautiful arrangement for my uncle's funeral. My Aunt Lynne thanked me and said how pretty the flowers were. On the same date, just one year earlier, was my mother's funeral. Bud's & Blooms made two floral arrangements and a casket spray for my mother's funeral. Our family also received more flowers sent to our home, from relatives that were out of state, that were ordered from Bud's & Blooms. All of the flowers were just gorgeous. I wish the florist would send pictures of the arrangements a person orders. That would be great customer service. I was a floral manager and did this for my customers. We got a call from our Aunt we sent the flowers to and she said they were very nice. Thank you for that. The girl who took my order was nice.
