Received an arrangement for birthday (South Hill location). The arrangement was nice sized and pretty on delivery. Have not had the heart to tell person who sent these, the arrangement did not even last TWO days. A carnation head broke off, some roses are wilting. Am I wrong thinking a basic arrangement should last more than TWO days?

Terrible customer service, Not well at communicating with their customers, I called and the first thing this lady said on the phone was "what?" In a very rude manner. There are many other florist who have great customer service so I do not recommend this one and I recommend going to another one!

I ordered flowers was very unsatisfied. Sent them an email response with no response very disappointed in what I received for $100. Company will Not respond to 2 emails.

I received a bouquet due to a loss in the family. I'm not sure when bouquets started having flowers in the front only but it's very disappointing that the bouquet is definitely not full. I'm sure that the people that sent them to us expected the FULL bouquet

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I placed an order through From You Flowers for my friend while I'm across the country. Not only was there a giant issue with the delivery and somehow losing the bouquet for 3 hours, but the arrangement was also nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a baby vase that looked like a block, with a beautiful arrangement of roses, daises, delphinium and ribbon and I basically only got the roses with some greenery. My friends and I ordered a bouquet for another friend to be delivered on a Friday. Since it was day of I called instead of placing the order online. The girl who answered the phone was friendly and took my order and payment information. I paid extra for the upgrade in flowers. After a week had gone by and we heard nothing from the person who was supposed to receive the flowers we asked and she had not received anything. I pre-ordered a funeral arrangement 2 days before the funeral. I arrived and had to call them because they are closed for walk ins. I told them I was there to pick up my arrangement that I pre-paid $125 for. They said they would bring it out to me. I waited outside for over 10 minutes for her to come out and tell me it wasn't made. I am glad ai told them I needed to pick it up as early as I told them or we would have been late to my friend's funeral. Ordered two different arrangements from the photo on their website. I was told that would make it special. Are you kidding me? Special by who's eye? Not one of the arrangements look like the pics. How hard is it to placed 1 dozen of long stem pink roses with baby breath in vase. As for the other arrangement, don't start me. I have asked for a full refund and was told y a worker, yeah sure. Stay away!!!

Had been a regular customer for over three years. While they do very nice arrangements, the staff is sometimes not very engaging, to a bit surly or just too busy . I can get past that because they do nice work. But as far as delivery, they can be pretty bad. They have been late twice prior to today for AM delivery commitments with the explanation that the driver got lost (in today's world of GPS on every phone), stuck in traffic etc. My last order was set for AM delivery and never made it.
