they never seem to send what you order and in the last few years , everytime someone orders flower to be sent to me , the arrangements have had almost died flower as part of the arrangement... so sad when some people who are trying to be nice to me spend their hard earned money and the florist can't even have the decent to send good flowers.

I would not use this florist again. The arrangement looked old and light on the flowers. I was embarrassed. Paid for extra flowers and did not receive the amount pictured in the regular size. Never again.

We usually use a local flower shop, but we had an employee that lived in Puyallup and decided to give Buds & Blooms a call. She didn't tell us until she got back from her leave that the flowers arrived already brown and wilted. Will not use Buds & Blooms again.

Absolutely the hardest thing I have ever done was watch my son's father pass away. My son is 20 years old and I promised him I would take care of the memorial service. I went into the store on South Hill Puyallup and placed a floral wreath order in addition to the 3 standing arrangements. I asked specifically for red and white flowers to match the red and​ white standing arrangements. I spoke with the ladies at the store for some time explaining what I wanted. i ordered my grandson a balloon bouquet for his birthday and they delivered yellow flowers and no balloons! please stay away from this shop they have totally messed up 2 orders and i for one will never never call them again. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!

First time I used this to have flowers delivered to my wife's work for Valentine's day, I had ordered them 5 days before, her establishment is down the street, they got delivered at 515pm, after she had already left for the day, real bummer

A big thank you to the staff at Buds and Blooms for making my godfather look like a terrible kid to his mother! My godfather ordered a week in advance of his mothers birthday to allow the shop to have time to process his order as it was around the holiday season. Not only did Buds and Blooms never deliver the bouquet that was $54.65, they never even cared to get ahold of him to inform him they would not be delivering his order. I needed to send flowers to a wonderful person who was having a rough few weeks so I was recommended to this flower shop. I searched online for the right arrangement and instead of placing the order online I called the shop. The person on the phone was pleasant and nice and took my order down like I asked. I gave her the name of the arrangement (Teleflora's possible pink) as well as the item number (T145-1B- the deluxe version). I don't normally write reviews. But the lack in customer service deserves to be acknowledged. My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday. Although I loved them. The combination that was purchased was roses and lilies. The roses died before the lilies opened. When I found out how much he spent on them I was disappointed.
